parent questions.

Everything parents ask us.

My child has allergies. How do you handle that?
You create a detailed child profile at check-in, including allergies. Our team members are EPIPEN trained, and play areas are nut free and gluten free.
How early can I check in my kids?
Check-in opens up to 30 minutes before each Experience.
Is there a space for nursing moms?
Yes. We have a furnished, lightly catered nursing moms room with a TV streaming the service, so you never miss a moment.
How will you reach me if my child needs me?
Your child’s private unique number is displayed discreetly on the main screen. When you see it, come to the KidCulture check-in desk.
What if my child is uncomfortable being left alone?
Parents are welcome to join their child in the classroom to help them get settled. Take as long as they need.
