What kind of church is Kingdom Culture?
Kingdom Culture is a non-denominational Christian church in Ottawa, Ontario, led by Pastors Shawn and Michelle Gabie. We exist to help everyone everywhere experience God. Sundays are modern and welcoming, with worship, a practical message from the Bible, and room for the presence of the Holy Spirit. Whether you have been in church your whole life or have never set foot in one, there is a place for you here.
What does Kingdom Culture believe?
Kingdom Culture holds four core beliefs: that Jesus is the Son of God, that a person can be spiritually reborn, that the Bible is the infallible Word of God, and that the supernatural power of God is available today. Everything we teach and do flows from those four.
Is Kingdom Culture a Pentecostal or charismatic church?
Kingdom Culture is a non-denominational Christian church. We are not tied to a particular denomination, and we believe the supernatural power of God is available today, making room for the presence and gifts of the Holy Spirit in our gatherings.
Who are the pastors of Kingdom Culture?
Kingdom Culture was founded and is led by Pastors Shawn and Michelle Gabie. Shawn is also an author, the founder of the Supernatural Leadership Academy (formerly the School of Daniel), an itinerant speaker, and the host of the Supernatural Leadership Podcast. For more, visit shawngabie.com.
How long has Kingdom Culture been in Ottawa?
Kingdom Culture was founded in 2012 and celebrates its 14 year anniversary in September 2026. We have gathered as a mobile church across Ottawa since 2015.

Where is Kingdom Culture located?
Kingdom Culture is a mobile church that gathers on Sundays at Scotiabank Theatre Ottawa, at 2385 City Park Drive in Gloucester, Ottawa. There is free parking at the theatre and a team on site to help you find your way in.
What time are Sunday services?
Our in person service is Sundays at 9:30 AM at Scotiabank Theatre Ottawa. We also stream the service online at 9:30 AM on YouTube, so you can join from anywhere.
Can I watch Kingdom Culture online?
Yes. We go live Sundays at 9:30 AM on our YouTube channel, and past messages are available there any time. You can find them at youtube.com/c/KingdomCulture.
What should I expect when I visit for the first time?
Expect a warm welcome and about 90 minutes together. When you arrive there is free parking and a host to greet you. You can check your kids in at KidCulture, grab a coffee, and then join us for worship and a message. Come as you are. Nobody will single you out, and you can simply take it in at your own pace.
Is there parking, and does it cost anything?
Parking is free at the theatre on Sunday mornings, and our team will help you find a spot. The service itself is free and open to everyone.

Does Kingdom Culture have a children’s ministry?
Yes. KidCulture is our ministry for children, with a safe and fun check in every Sunday so kids have their own experience while parents are in the service.
Does Kingdom Culture have a youth ministry?
Yes. YouthCulture is our ministry for teens, a place for them to belong, grow, and build real friendships.
Does Kingdom Culture have ministries for young adults, women, and men?
Yes. KC Young Adults is for ages 18 to 30, KC Women is a place for women to be seen, strengthened, and established, and KC Men gathers the men of the church. Each one is a way to connect beyond Sunday.
Does Kingdom Culture have small groups?
Yes. We call them Connect Groups. They meet through the week to talk through the Sunday message and build community in a smaller setting. It is the easiest way to go from attending on Sunday to belonging.
How do I get connected or take a next step?
The best first step is to plan a visit and come on a Sunday. From there you can join a Connect Group, serve on a team, get baptized, or ask for prayer. You can start by visiting kingdomculture.ca and choosing “I’m New,” or fill out the plan your visit form and we will look out for you.
Does Kingdom Culture offer leadership or ministry training?
Yes. The Supernatural Leadership Academy is our training arm, built to equip people to live and lead in the supernatural, whether in ministry or in the marketplace.
How do I get baptized at Kingdom Culture?
We would love to celebrate that with you. Kingdom Culture holds water baptisms through the year. Let us know you are interested by talking to a team member on a Sunday or reaching out through the site, and we will walk you through the next steps.
